The Thai FDA notification or TISI licence is issued in the name of the Thai importer that files it. If you have your own Thai company, we file in your company's name as your authorized representative, so the registration stays with your business.
The applicant must be a Thai-registered importer. If you do not have one yet, we explain the options that suit your sales volume.

If an officer asks for corrections, we revise the documents and resubmit within the agreed scope of work. Government and laboratory fees that have already been paid are not refundable.
